Teenagers

Being a teenager is difficult with new challenges with school, social life and learning to be safe whilst exploring independence. 

We focus on helping with gaining confidence, boosting self-esteem and managing the effects of growth hormones and physical changes they are having to cope with whilst still navigating day to day life.   


The training is fun and designed to help the student progress at their own pace. 


The transformation in the students is amazing and we have a history of success that has helped young people take on challenges (education and career) that was previously thought unthinkable. 

Adults

A busy work and life means that it can be difficult to look after ourselves. As an adult student we look to help you improve your physical and mental health through a fun activity.
